Returns & Refund Policy
Suburban Sleepers is committed to supplying high-quality products, and we expect that you should never need to use this policy. However, in the unlikely event that an issue does arise, the following terms apply.

1. Faulty or Defective Goods
If any product supplied by Suburban Sleepers is proven to be faulty or defective, you may return it for a replacement or refund (issued as a credit note) at our discretion.
Goods may also be returned if they do not match our product description.
Before returning any product, you must contact us first so we can confirm that a valid reason for return exists. We may require inspection of the goods before approving the return.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns
Suburban Sleepers does not accept returns for:

Change of mind
-
Finding the product cheaper elsewhere

Deciding the product is no longer wanted or needed

At our absolute discretion, we may choose to accept a change-of-mind return under the following conditions:

A 20% restocking fee applies to 80mm sleepers

A 40% restocking fee applies to sleepers thicker than 80mm
-
A minimum restocking cost of $150 + GST applies to all accepted returns
-
Goods must be in original, resaleable condition
Approval of change-of-mind returns is not guaranteed.

3. Custom, Seconds, and Clearance Products

Custom sleepers cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Seconds or clearance stock cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.​

4. Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued as a replacement or a credit note only.
No cash or direct financial refunds will be provided.
